Hi, Hope all is well. I just bought a new (from a physical store, authorized dealer ) Garmin 2555 LMT. My situation, I downloaded all updates and maps but the unit is silent. I took it on a trial run and everything beeps but there is no prompt for anything. Played around with all parameters that seems to have a relation to volume but nothing. It actually does not permit any change to the voice prompt language but does not have any language below it either, contrary to Text Language and Keyboard language, both are American English. Little help here... :mad:
