Address issue Garmin Nuvi 2595LMT

This is the address of concern.
13178 S. Ft. Hood St.
Killeen, Texas 76542
located at the intersection of Texas Highway 195 and FM 2484 (Farm to Market)

When I enter this address in nuvi 2595, it says no address found
BUT
When I (( Google Map Search )), it shows the address at the right location, right at
the mentioned intersection.

How can I actually trust this device anymore?
I just did a map update as of March/April 2023,
and that address has been there since 2010.

 

I tried the address on my Drive 51 released in 2019 with the 2024 garmin map and the latest software release and it does not show up either. So it is not a problem with the unit, it is a problem with the map..so the device problem has been eliminated.

I am glad that it is not the device and the map is the devil here.

I have had the nuvi 2595 for a few years and NEVER EVER had any problems.
It has served me well. Just recently added external memory for maps updates, as
the internal was just about depleted.

 

I apologize for using such a harsh statement,
after doing everything I could but balance the Garmin GPS Nuvi 2595LMT on my nose, while standing upside down, to find the address on my device, so that I would not miss my turn off doing 80 miles an hour (on a highway in Texas-if you know how that is), looking for the turn off, which has no road sign for. I hope you can understand that it was made out of frustration on my part.

So, to answer your question, I can only say that I would have to get back to you when the situation from your question to me, arises. I will add this, that this is the first time for this to happen to me with my Garmin GPS.

I will say this in confidence, I checked MapQuest before submitting this reply, and did not find the address on their map, either. So, Google prevails again.
