I need to put a GPS/phone on some vehicles, record -every second- their position (precision: 10/20 meters or better) and speed.
When the vehicles enters inside our wifi router signal, we want the data automatically downloaded to a PC.

I don't know if GPS have that precision, or what model are appropriate, but I guess that a solution is already available. What can you tell me?

You will probably need a smartphone logging it's GPS info. to a file and then something like Filedrop (Android) or (Airdrop) iOS to do the transfer to computer

The in-built GPS on a smartphone will be accurate to 10 / 20 metres most of the time
