Avoid driving into sun

I want to plan a route that:
*Avoids driving into the sun
*Rates the danger level of a junction from 1 to 10, 1 = UK left turn onto a slip road, 10 = Right turn onto a fast carriageway.
The router picks the least dangerous score.
