Best GPS for finding stuff

Any GPS to go somewhere would work but I need one to find things like the nearest tire repair, hospital, dog kennels, where to eat etc. while I'm traveling so what would be the best GPS for that?

In-car satnavs are the only units I can think of that are supplied with a database of Points Of Interest, 'Favourites', Waypoints etc. pre-installed onto the unit, if you have a list you have obtained from the internet or have compiled yourself, you can download them onto almost any GPS with a screen
