Binatone R430

I would like to install Tomtom or other system
Please guide me through process
Can it be done through my computer or only by sd card

The Binatone R430 appears to run Windows CE (Windows Mobile), I have seen sites that say it can run WinCe version of TomTom, although the sites are in Italian which makes the instructions a bit hard to follow for me
