Birdseye Won't DL Full File Size

    Hi, I have a Garmin GPSMAP 62st. For some reason, everytime I try to download from my birdseye USGS TOPO subscription on my BaseCamp, it will only download around 10% of the file size that I had originally chosen. Also, when I zoom in on the map that I have downloaded, it does not show the level of detail as it should. I know that the detail should be higher because this is an area that I have downloaded before and have seen better detail on the same area. Does anyone else have this problem or know what might be wrong?

    The first picture shows my selected map file size at 58MB
    The second picture shows the finished downloaded file size at 6.28MB
    The third picture shows incomplete map detail when zoomed in
