So I have a Rino 530 that is 5yrs old, or more (I.E. No chip!). I also have a Blue Chart Americas CD from 2006. I loaded the Blue Chart onto my PC and tried to unlock the maps to my Rino (I have the Unlock Cert!). It wouldn't work!
I called Garmin and they said that everything is on chips,(my word), now so it won't work!
I don't get that, my Rino was built for loading from CD and I have a CD why can't it be done?
