BlueChart G3 Vision

Hi there
Can any of you tell me how can I open the BlueChart G3 Vision map in my PC?
I have it on SD card but would like to see it on my PC.

Land based Garmin maps can be viewed on a computer using Garmin Basecamp, however Bluecharts need to be viewed using Garmin Homeport :-

There is also a free App. For Android and Apple products called ActiveCaptain :-
