Can I upload a list of waypoints to my GPSMAP 66s via its WiFi or Bluetooth interface?

I have a GPSMAP 66s which now seems to have a faulty USB interface. Is there a way to use a Garmin app to upload and download waypoints to/from my GPS if I cannot use the USB interface?

I have Garmin Explore on my phone which connects to the GPSMAP, but it doesn't seem to have much functionality.

You can write a file to a microSD card and then insert it into your 66s, write the GPX file containing the Waypoints to a folder on the microSD called /gpx and your 66s will add the new Waypoints to any it can already see
