Can not conect via cable my Drivelux 51

    Hi all when connecting the GPS to the PC for update the PC just not recognize the GPS I have tryed this in 4 different PCs in different USB ports and same thing.

    Momentary it connects and then nothing.

    I do not know if there is any possible solution. Garmin just says that I need to check my PC

    Q1) Does Garmin Express 'see' the 51 ?
    Q2) Does the computer allocate new drive letters for the 51 eg. E:\GARMIN ?
    Q3) Have you tried different USB cables ?
    Q4) Can you describe the 'momentary connection' ?
