Changing rinex files from static to kinematic

Hi i recently took gps measurements while doing zero baseline tests for the new 100 Hz OEM6 Novatel receivers. My question is how can i convert these files from static to kinematic mode. Any help will be appreciated

It looks like one of the Trimble tools (DAT2STATIC) will convert the other way, e.g. from Kinematic to Static, link here :-

Create your own tool. Or ... import/change mode/export ...
