Cobra homebase map update server problem

Hi, just wondered if there is a fix out there for the cobra home base server error that i constantly get. I have turned the windows firewell down as was instructed and it keeps saying not connecting to server, try later. I wonder if the update service will only allow one person to update at a time or something like that. seems like it is anther problem, have tried it on win7 computer, and now windows 10 . HMMM!
