I am trying to understand the coordinate transformations ,i.e ECI to ECEF , ECEF to Navigation Frame.... And trying to understand how rotation matrix is built. I am confused in this part... many resources over online which i go through directly give what they means and their corresponding rotation matrix which is hard to understand for me.
Can anyone please a good resource on this building rotation matrix ?
My question is for transformation between ECI and ECEF which is fairly simple...
It says that , ECI and ECEF have same origins and Z Axes (which is true) , so only Rotation in Z-axis is needed...
What is this means???
