DriveSmart 65 Voice Command Menu

    My DriveSmart 65 does not show a voice command menu. My DriveSmart 55 does show a voice command menu. Is there a option to turn the voice command menu on/off?

    Has the Drivesmart 65 had the Voice Command menu in the past or has it never worked?

    Do you have this option on the 65 ?
    Apps > Voice Command > > Wake Up Phrase

    I would look for differences between the two units, eg :- Region, Maps, Language etc.

    Today I just got a second Drivesmart 65 and it has the voice command menu. The only difference between the two Drivesmart 65's is the one without the voice command menu has Alexa. I think Alexa has the ability to process voice commands without the voice command menu step?

    Yes you are probably correct, I guess Alexa is using on-line speach recognition
