Fill Extra_POI_Editor

Does anyone know a tutorial for Extra_POI_Editor?
I'm not getting any success with this program. The program promises to save a "POI" file (.gpx and .gpi) directional. The (.gpi) file is ready to paste to the GPS or SD card, however I am not getting a .gpi file with wav sound.
Could someone tell me why?

Vou explicar melhor: usando o MapSource + PoiLoader. Posso configurar um POI com o som wav normalmente. O problema é que, se este POI estiver localizado em uma rodovia dupla, provavelmente irá assinalar um alerta "falso" se você estiver passando na outra via na direção oposta. Eu também sei que você pode "mover" este POI 25m da sua localização para evitar esse problema. ESTÁ BEM.
Usando o Extra_POI_Editor, você pode configurar um POI em um "direcional"
Mas estou tendo problemas para concluir este aplicativo.

Meu GPS é um Nuvi 50LM, fiz uma simulação com POI usando MapSource + PoiLoader (sucesso) e também usando Extra_POI_Editor, nesse caso não houve reprodução de som wav.

O Nuvi 50 é um dispositivo de baixa resolução e não tenho certeza se os dispositivos de baixa resolução não são capazes de reproduzir um POI configurado com Extra_POI_Editor.
