G36 tracker watch off line

    hi, im having problems with my sons watch. I have the sim card in, funds on card, everything working fine.

    when I go to setracker app its telling me device off line.

    I have sent sms to the watch, keep getting the sms back but still off line on app.

    can someone help me please, thank you
