Garmin 192C delete all data.

I have a Garmin 192C. How do I delete all the dozens of old waypoints and tracks that now clutter the screen?

I'm not sure if you just want to remove Waypoints and Tracks from the screen or if you want to remove them completely from the 192C, if you reset the unit to factory default the Waypoints and Tracks will be permanently lost
