Garmin 2508 pc problems

Hi
am having problems with my Garmin satnav my pc wont recognise it, so I have downloaded the plug ins from Garmin website ,
now it recognises it but comes up with errors and wont update please see photo.
can anyone tell me how I fix this problem am running windows 8.

Have you installed Garmin Express on your computer?, it may contain the missing drivers your computer requires

Hi yes I have downloaded the express .
Am just upgrading to Windows 10 which I may regret lol

I have upgraded from Windows 8 too 10 and now the Garmin is recognized on my pc
