Garmin 360 nuvi stuck on Idaho

I have a Garmin 360 nuvi, haven't used in a while. When I select a State/Prov, it only goes to Idaho. Is this a battery issue? It seems like the battery is ok, even though it's the original battery. Any help would be appreciated. I ordered a new battery, hoping that's it, then I can do a hard reset at the same time....any ideas? TIA

I think its very unlikely to be the battery, I would try the factory reset

Just hit the reset button? I was going to disconnect the battery for a minute. I have reset it, it askes for the country, the time zone, etc...is that the one you mean?

If the reset button doesn't fix the problem try the factory reset (Clear User Information):-
