Garmin 64s won´t turn on after add custom maps

    I was recently putting some custom maps on my garmin 64. I put a google kml file on the gps in the custom maps folder. Now i can't get the GPS to turn on. It turns onto the "garmin" screen loadin routes and then shuts off.

    I tried a factory reset by holding "enter" and "page" while turning it on and was able to delete all user files, screen freezing. The unit still does the same thing when I try to turn it on.

    I tried to connect the GPS to the computer and delete the bad file. I tried this, but the GPS will not connect to the computer, even when I try holding the power button while holding up button.

    Please, have any of you successfully fixed this problem?
