    Greetings all,
I have a Colorado 400c that partial boots to the Garmin logo then goes dim and off. I've followed the instruction on the Garmin website (hard re-set and plugged into the usb port)), but still the same result.
It's not recognized on the PC in order to update the software, so I'm a bit stumped.
    Thanks for the help!

I have a friend with a Garmin 57 GPS. The same thing happened to her gps. The PC (windows and MAC) does not recognize that anything is plugged into the USB port. Without USB connection there is nothing a user/owner can do as far as I know.
