You will probably have to contact Garmin to fix this, if you can 'see' the file system when connected to a computer it may be possible re-install system files but you would have to find them, if you can't communicate with the unit it will need :-
USB DRIVERS
An Update.exe file and a *.RGN file specifically for you unit
