Garmin Drive 50 Lm5

Hello,

So I downloaded the Garmin Express software to my iMac Sierra, registered the Garmin Drive 50, and then clicked “install all” on the updates.

The software tick turned green, I then restarted the device and plugged it back in after 5 seconds as instructed.

The restart circle is now blue, and nothing has happened for an hour!!

Any advice please? Product is brand new..,,

I'm not sure what state your Drive 50 is in, if you power up the unit without it being connected to anything, what, do you see on the display?
