Garmin Drive 71 is not connecting to garmin express

I have tried new cables,new download of garmin Express and Garmin Express does not recognize Garmin Drive 71 on window 11 computer.

Have you previously used your Drive 71 with Garmin Express ?, if so what has changed eg. It worked on Win 10 but not Win 11 or it worked on my previous Win 11 computer but not my new one

Don't use the latest Garmin Express Use version 7.16.3.0 Find the older version and uninstall Garmin Express and reinstall the older version hope this works for you
