Garmin Drivesmart 86 get stuck at 80% recalculation

I checked to see if there are any map updates or software updates while having the unit in WiFi mode, and it showed me that the maps are up to date, but there is a software update, which will take about 2 minutes. So I updated the software. Now when i put an address in the GPS, it calculates the route and it gets stuck at 80%, for 10-15 minutes before it starts to show directions.
What could be the issue and what can I do fix this ?

Have you tried this on only one address or is there a delay of 10-15 minutes on calculating any address ?

It does this with any address. Is it the software update that caused this ?

It's hard to say, I would try a factory reset but if you do this you do need to copy all Tracks, Routes, Waypoints (favourites) to a computer first as they will removed from your Drivesmart during the reset
