Garmin handheld update rates - anyone know of a unit that can do faster than 1 second updates

Hey guys

New to the forum and hoping someone might know of a Garmin handheld that can do a position update faster than 1 second? even 2Hz would do? It's hard to tell from the specs sometimes.

Most of the Garmin receiver only models (with no display) like the GPS 19x GPS 24xd are 10Hz while most of the rest are 1Hz, there are a few exceptions eg :-
