    Hi All,

I’m having trouble with my LGV710. I’ve updated the system Software and I have updated Maps. However when I try to set a destination, it shows Map Data is not available.

I’ve gone into vehicle details and then settings and MyMaps and European Maps is ticked , in fact every box is ticked. But Maps/Route will not display.

I’m running an older MacBook Air, which I’ve updated, but the latest Garmin Express will still not run on it…….any ideas.

As a back up I’ve downloaded ‘Sygic Truck’ onto my iPhone.

    Cheers

although it should be possible to enable multiple maps at the same time, I have seen instances where maps conflict with each other, it is also difficult to see which map is actually being used, for these reasons I would suggest disabling all maps and then enabling just one map at a time, you can also check which maps 'work' individually

Download an older version, Garmin Express 7.18 for Mac that will work from garmin.com/express under Requirements.

Then reinstall the map with these instructions:
    Code:
    support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=dyYgXK9i6C3FkS9sU5xDcA&productID=840186&topicTag=region_mapsmapupdates

    or this video:
