Garmin Nuvi 1450 stopped working

I updated maps online 3 weeks OK. The unit worked for a while and then stopped working. I tried updating maps again and the update seemed to work, but when I try to add a new destination I get a message that "No Map Data Available" Tried a Hard Reset and that didn't work either. I can acquire a site OK.

Was the new map a Garmin product like City Navigator?, was the map downloaded using Garmin Express?, which maps are displayed as available in your Nuvi menu :- Settings >> Map & Vehicle >> myMaps?, Which maps are selected from this list?
