I have a problem with my GPS Handheld, Garmin Oregon 700.
My handheld show "Database Error" on the screen when I try to "mark waypoint"
Is there anybody how to fix it?

I suggest a full reset of the 700, please backup any data to a computer before you reset the 700 then :-

    Performing a Full Reset
    1. Power the Oregon off
    2. Press and hold the User button (can be found on the right side below the Power button)
    3. Press and hold Power while continuing to hold the User button
    4. Once the device powers on, release Power
    5. When the message Do you really want to erase all user data? appears, release User button
    6. Touch Erase
The Oregon is now reset. You will want to take the device outside in a clear view of the sky for a minimum of 20 minutes to re-acquire satellite data.

I did exactly as instructed but still
I get the message "Database Error" on the screen when I try to
    "mark waypoint".
Asking for another solution to the problem.
I use "mark waypont" a lot and it bothers me a lot.
Hopefully I won't have to purchase a new GPS instead
