garmin traffic providers

good afternoon and thanks for allowing me to join this forum I have got a nuvi 55 LMT and its been in use for about 10 years with no issues until recently, it has trouble finding traffic providers it remains blank in search mode, I have checked the traffic dashboard, that appears to be working ok.
Does anyone else have this problem
