Garmin Webupdater still active?

Is the Garmin Webupdater still active and does Garmin still update it with downloads? I believe the last time Garmin updated the Webupdater was around 2020 if I'm not mistaken?

Webupdater is still offering to update voices to my Nuvi, it is not offering to update maps on the Nuvi but it never did, (newer units only work with Garmin Express), the last of my units it updated maps for was the GPSMap60Cx, so it may be that Webupdater is still working but the units it works with don't have any updates available
