Garmin Zumo 396 maps

Guys, if I buy a 396 in North America I know it comes with North America maps. Question is can I download SE Asia maps and use it in SE Asia later?

Yes, the maps supplied at the time of purchase can be added to at a later date, either by purchasing them from Garmin or downloading and installing free maps, see link below :-
