GarminSmart 66

i have a older garmin, its time for a new one, but at the same time on my 18 subaru Outback the factory back up camera broke, dealer quoted me a price to repair over a grand.
so it brings me to make a choice on the Garmin Drive 55 smart. and the BC 50 to replace my factory back up camera so the question i have is am i making the right choice here, and advice on other models would appreciated, and is the BC 50 camera as clear as the factory model including the angle of view.

Did you mean for your post title to be "GarminSmart66" ?, if so the main difference between the DriveSmart 55 and the DriveSmart 66 is the size and resolution of the screen
