I have a gps Magellan explorist 610. I am unable to download Magellan communicator it downloads but erases soon after, I have updated all my drivers and still unable to use communicator or download caches. I don't know what to do, can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the download is not completing properly, which operating system do you run on the downloading computer?, it has been reported that Windows 10 has problems downloading Magellan Communicatior
If the 'cashes' are in *.GPX file format they don't require Magellan Communicatior to download them, you can download the GPX directly and then place in the appropriate folder in the 610
