The datasheets of some GPS modules say that it can operate beneath 50 km alititude, but can it actually operate up to 50 km altitude? Even with the 18 km ceiling limit set by the US? The US limits also state that it can’t operate if the device reaches a speed more that 515 m/s but maybe they mean that it can’t operate if both of these limits are reached?
