Gps receiver Bluetooth for tablet

Looking for a Bluetooth GPS that fits an Android tablet for map navigation. I can't find one. A few years ago I had a BT 338. Now all I can find is Garmin's and it costs a lot of money. Does that make sense?

I think the market for Bluetooth GPS receivers is getting smaller due to almost all Tablets and smartphones having GPS built into the device, there are still some non Garmin options available such as Canmore GT-750F, Copilot, Holux etc. although some of these may only available as 'used' items on Ebay etc.
