gps says no match when searching for state

    I have a Garmin nuvi 1300. When I try to change the state is so no match. Also, when i search for anything from POINT OF INTEREST all results are for El Paso Texas. This GPS has never been there. When I was out west last week and now back in Ohio this happens. I updated the software and problem still exists. Anybody else have this problem????
