Gps values are not updating

    Hi ,
    i am using MN8010 gps module.It's having external antenna . I was getting coordinates values sometimes when i opens the application , What i observed is these values are not updating(refreshing) . I was trying it on building . Some times i was getting void and garbage data also , when i tried the same in buildings.And also , i have one doubt how to know the firmware version of this module and how to give input commands to this module.
