GPS watch device offline

Hi,
I have purchased a GPS tracking watch and also installed and registered on SE tracker app. I have put a SIM card in the watch .It rings when I call on the SIM number but I am not able to locate the device through app.It shows error that device is offline.I am using Airtel SIM in India.
I already sent SMS to my watch pw,123456,ts#.here r the settings in attachment. Pls support what should I do to get this working.

The details in your picture appear to show that the phone is connected to an IP address registered in Hong Kong :-

Hi, I have the same problem. I registered the watch, downloaded the app. It worked perfectly then went offline. I sent the sms, and it worked again.Now it has been offline for over 2 days. The sms doesn't work. I am unable to call the watch, or track it. Please can you help.

I have the same “device offline” problem. I can also call and message the watch and vice versa. Have you managed to solve your problem? Any advice?

Did you try this?
Reason a:the sim card is not the carrier support.
Send SMS: pw,123456,apn,apn name,password,McCmnc# to your watch

For example : pw,123456,apn,airtel,your password,McCmnc#

Reason b :The parameters of the watch are not correct. Use parameter for asia,
Send SMS : pw,123456,IP,54.153.6.9,8001#

I have try this and it's work.

Hi. I am from Honduras. I bought a gps watch for my son. When I try to connect my cell with the watch through Setracker, it says the watch is offline. It only can make and receive phone calls. I would like to know if someone could help me. Thanks.

Hi i fixed my by following the steps on the wonlex website (sending the sms with the ip to the watch)

I have the same problem with my smart watch. No matter what I do. It still says Device is offline in Setracker, or it says No Networking Equipment in Setracker2 even though the watch is on.
