GPSMap 60 CsX: Track from SD to internal memory

Hello,
I have a GPSMap 60 CsX:
I know that I can backup my tracks (even more than 500 points) to the SD card.
But is there a way to do it the other way: copy a track from the SD card to internal memory.

Copying tracks from Android Tablet to Garmin

Hello,
I got no answer about "copying track from SD to internal memory", I guess, their is no way to do it!
In fact, I'd like to copy a track (gpx) from an Android Tablet to the Garmin GPSMap 60 CsX.
Before, I did it with a Linux notebook and GPSBabel, when I travelled. But I found no App that does the some work till now.
