When I connect my Drivesmart 66 I see a folder named GPX. It contains .gpx files with ten digit filenames (not counting extension), like 1019573630.gpx, and one file named Current.gpx. There is also a /GPX/Archive folder which contains files with 2-digit names not counting the extension, in my case 67.gpx through 78.gpx. Does anyone know the logic in the storage of tracks in these GPX files? Just curious. Also thinking what I might do with these GPX files.

GPX files contain various file types such as Tracks, Routes and Waypoints (Favourites), they can be generated automatically by the GPS or generated elsewhere (e.g. a computer program) and added to the /GPX folder by the user, I am not familiar with the 1019573630 numbering but I would expect it to be Date / Time info. eg. 2504041055 for 2025 4 April 10:50, the archive numbering are simply numerical order, my satnav has 1.gpx to 20.gpx which increase in date order, Archive files generated on the GPS Are usually compacted files, they sometimes have data removed to save space, e.g.: Tracks have time / date data removed, you can examine the GPX files on your DS66 using a computer program like Garmin Basecamp
