Has Garmin Stopped updating Maps?

My last U.S. map update was on February 1st, 2023 (2024.10). I'm used updates every 4 to 5 months, but 9 months, in troubling!

According to the Garmin website, they update their maps "at least once a year" for supported devices.

I would say the answer is no, they haven't stopped updating maps, however the gap between releases has definitely got bigger, check out this unofficial link below where release dates for the USA and Europe maps are shown, for some reason the compiler of this list has stopped calculating the 'Days' between releases for Europe here are the last 8 - 161, 90,127 (not 97), 473, 192, 189, 326 and 140 as you can see we have waited well over a year in Europe in the past
