this is my first visit here..so hello everyone.

i'm not very tech minded so you will have excuse my possible rambling post!
i have a garmin etrex vista hcx unit.i use this for cycle touring and last year it managed to get me around a 10,000 km tour across se asia. i will be embarking on another tour in july and i would like to get a bit from my device,as i just put in a start and finish and end up on major highways and toll road's which is not good.i have found out how to avoid toll roads in mapsource through the routing setting's but could anyone help me set up my device to do the same.i'm not sure which tab's to leave on auto and which one's to change.
