Help identify GPS

Hi everyone, I'm a noob to this site. I love electronics (I'm not amazing but like to tinker). I have many hobbies aka bubbles of interest.
Anyway could someone help me identify the GPS module shown in my pictures please. Things in know...

10 IO 8 to 32 Vdc, GPS and GSM external antenna, internal battery 3.7v. The GPS module is from Italy.

Any leads welcome

My guess is that it is a vehicle tracker, possibly with input/outputs for speed limiting the vehicle?

Hey, yes it is a tracker of some description. They're are no visible marking or pcb numbers. which means this highly difficult to find the manufacturer. The search continues.
