My cousin and I will be hunting in Alaska in the fall of 2026, there is no cell service in the area we'll be hunting. We have both purchased 750i devices and activated inreach plans. So that we can cover more ground we will both be in UTVs that have tracks installed. We will probably be miles apart, and going from my location directly to his may not be possible - mountain, bog, etc.
But we can both navigate back to camp. How can we send each other a track that we can follow to get to the other? Yes, we can send check-in messages with gps locations but a track would be more useful considering the terrain.
Is there a method we can use to send a track to the other's device so that we can navigate from camp to the correct location following the same route? We won't be close enough to use the ANT+ "send wirelessly".
Thanks in advance for your help.
