Why not answer his question, instead of making assumptions about
a) his motives
and
b) his position in the workforce. He may be the Big Cheese!
Before you say the obvious, I don't know the answer, other than to pull a

If he stole the vehicle and want it not to be traced, that is another
matter.
If he wants to temporily disable the tracking, the company will know
about it and he will probably get fired.
(If he asked such question, he probably does not even know that his
company will know).
The advice, though not obvious, is not to do it.
Or go to work with another company that does not do the same.

Without discusssing the results and motives, simply shield the antenna
using a sheet of metal - maybe aluminium will be enough.
