how to convert .asc or .txt files to be used in TSC3

    We just upgraded from a TSC2 to a new R10 GPS base and a TSC3 running survey controller. When I transfer the .asc or .txt files into the TSC3 they don't show up when trying to open the job. Tech support told me to use a software program that can be found on their web page. I spend 2 hours looking at Trimble's web page and haven't found it. Any ideas?
