I can enter an address. How do I enter a name to go with entered address?
If you mean how do you search for the name of a house or business, you can't, it wouldn't help if you could because the maps that are used don't contain that kind of detail about an address Take a look at this thread :- https://www.gps-forums.com/threads/find-house-names.46291/
One can enter a name to go with a location. When you click on "save" for the location you are prompted for a name. I have done this.
OK so you have created a Favorite (Waypoint) and you want to change the name associated with it, I would say the steps are :- Where To ? Favourites All Favourites Enter Current name of Favourite (or select from list) Select 'i' (for information) Select 3 horizontal bars (top left) Edit Name Replace current name with a new one using keyboard
