I recently purchased a Honda Jazz 2017 hatchback with an in-dash navigation unit which uses the Garmin system. My question is how can i import my TomTom 500 Go routes into it? Many thanks if you can help. Chas.

Thanks Nuvi-Nebie, I have been able to export routes from my TomTom as 'tracks' and save them as gpx files. I can't work out how to import them into the in-car Garmin system in the Honda Jazz.

Although hiking / Walking Garmin GPSs will accept both Routes and Tracks, most Garmins Satnavs will only accept Routes, in this case you would have to take the exported GPX Tracks and read then into a program like Garmin Basecamp, then you can convert the Tracks to Routes and place the Route.gpx file onto an ;SD card in a folder called /Garmin/GPX, this file will then be added to the Trip Planner Routes
